How do I Place an Order?
Browse through the available products, select the items you want, choose your size/quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to purchase, proceed to checkout, enter your payment details, confirm your billing and shipping address, and confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, your order can be modified by contacting customer service at campbells@acreativeresource.com within 24 hours.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
The store accepts payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or company-approved purchase orders. If you are using a purchase order (PO), it must be created in the system and approved before you submit your order. If Creative Resources cannot find the PO in ariba they will cancel your order.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Creative Resources customer support as soon as possible and within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Can I buy items for my friends or family?
Yes, you may use your personal credit card to buy items for your friends or family.
How often are new items added to the e-store?
New items are regularly added to the e-store. Be sure to check the "section name" section.

Please reach out to Creative Resources at Campbells@acreativeresource.com to request new items. Your request will be reviewed by the Creative Resources team and appropriate Campbell's brand team.
How will my order be shipped?
If you are sending to a non-Camden address, your order will be shipped via either FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on which is fastest and least expensive. Creative Resources will use standard shipping so it will take 1-5 business days depending on your location.
