Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, your order can be modified by contacting customer service at campbells@acreativeresource.com within 24 hours.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
The store accepts payments via personal or business credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or company-approved purchase orders. If you are using a purchase order (PO), select that option and submit your order. Then use receipt to generate a PO and email it to Creative Resources at campbells@acreativeresource.com. Creative Resources will not begin the order until they receive the PO.
How do I create a purchase order?
To create a PO, please add items to your cart and calculate shipping. You can then select the “Purchase Order” option under payment and select “place order.” You will be emailed a receipt. Please reach out to your usual Ariba power user to submit a PO request. If you’re not sure who your power user is, please reach out to Ariba_Administration@campbellsoup.com. Remind them the commodity code is: Promotional Merch 80141605. Once the PO number is generated it will be sent to Creative Resources. You can also email the PO to campbells@acreativeresource.com to ensure received in timely manner.
Is there a return or exchange policy?
Any special or made to order item (most items) are not returnable.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Creative Resources customer support as soon as possible and within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Can I buy items for my friends or family?
Yes, you may use your personal credit card to buy items for your friends or family.

How can I order an item I can't find in the store?
Please reach out to Creative Resources at kristina@acreativeresource.com to request new items. Your request will be reviewed by the Creative Resources team and appropriate Campbell's brand team.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Creative Resources will use standard shipping, which is typically 2-3 business days, after production, depending on your location.
I ordered a gift card through the High 5 powered by Achievers Marketplace. I don’t see the credit in my account.
The gift card credit should be added within 10 business days. If you do not have a credit in your account after 10 business days, please email campbells@acreativeresource.com
